Overview

The Stockman is Steamboat’s first true ski-in/ski-out, five-star luxury branded private residential and hotel property. Developed by Marquee Development, it features 95 exclusive slope-side residences over nine floors with direct ski-in/ski-out access to Steamboat’s world-class terrain.

Award-winning Denver-based OZ Architecture is a multidisciplinary studio of 100+ architects and designers. Known for places that last and move design forward, OZ’s mountain hospitality work includes Grand Hyatt Deer Valley (UT), Four Seasons Telluride and Viceroy Aspen Snowmass (CO).
NMDA is an internationally recognized studio devoted to hospitality environments and the way guests experience them. The team elevates arrival, gathering, dining and rest through the guest-first design and creates interiors that feel refined, welcoming and true to their setting.

The Stockman is in Steamboat Springs, CO. The project sits slope-side at the base of Steamboat Resort, at the northernmost tip of the Promenade.

The Stockman features 95 private residences, ranging from studios to expansive 5+ bedroom penthouses. Availability and floor plans are available through your Sales Associate. There are an additional 59 hotel keys that will not be sold and will be operated as a hotel. The hotel keys sit on levels 2 and 3.

The Sales Chalet is centrally located at the Steamboat Resort base in Steamboat Square.
